You are seeing this message because you have a computer language that this movie needs to use disabled in your browser.
Fix for Internet Explorer 6
Go to Tools -> Internet Options
Click on the Security Tab
Highlight Internet
Click the "Custom Level" Button
Scroll down till you get to "Active Scripting" check "Enabled"
(This enables JavaScript)
Click OK and Try to download the movie again.
If you still get this warning, some other programming modification must be made to your browser
